Challenge Levels are only available on the Collector's Edition of the game after finishing the Adventure levels. 

Challenge Level 21

1. Send a worker through left hole.  Pick berries from the never ending bush
2. Repair broken cottage and add garden
3. Chop 2 trees
4. Send 2 workers through right hole
5. Repair cottages
6. Chop 2 trees
7. Cheer up the leprechaun
8. Send 2 workers through the top hole and into the forestry
9. Build the bank.
10. Read rune above top hole
11. Send 2 workers through right hole
12. Read rune
13. Buy 100 food and demolish market.
14. Keep picking berries--need 600 food
15. Build bridge for 150 wood and read rune
16. Dismiss workers from forestry
17. Pay the pirate 3500 gold
18. Feed glutton 600 food
19. Read the rune

Challenge Level 22

1. Build 3 obelisks
2. Build the sawmill and buy 250 wood
3. Feed the glutton 250 food
4. Build upper obelisk
5. Build 3 cabins, add gardens, and upgrade
6. Build the left obelisk
7. Buy 100 wood
8. Cheer up the leprechaun.
9. Send 2 workers through hole
10. Build the obelisk
11. Build a market and buy 50 food
12. Build a cabin, upgraded with garden
13. Buy 250 wood
14. Build the bridge.
15. Buy 50 food and 50 wood
16. Build a cabin, upgraded with garden

Challenge Level 23

1. Demolish 3 dovecotes
2. Build 3 cabins.
3. Pick berries
4. Add gardens to 3 cabins.
5. Buy 2 doves
6. Hire 3 workers to total of 9
7. Cheer up the leprechaun
8. Demolish the dovecote and build sawmill
9. Repair 2 gold mines and send 4 workers
10. Produce 250 wood, then demolish the sawmill.
11. Build a cabin with garden
12. Repair 2 gold mines and send 4 more workers to the mines.
13. Build a cabin and add garden.
14. Upgrade all cabins.
15. Collect gold.

Challenge Level 24

1. Build the sawmill and buy 150 wood
2. Repair the lamp.
3. Build a well and 2 lamps over to the treasure on the left
4. Dig up  treasures.
5. Buy 250 wood.
6. Build a well and  dovecote in bottom right lot
7. Build 2 cabins and add gardens
8. Buy 250 wood and then 50 wood
9. Buy 2 doves.
10. Cheer up the leprechaun (200).
11. Build 2 lamps and a dovecote.
12. Buy 2 doves
13. Build last 2 lamps and dig up treasure
14. Cheer up leprechaun and dig up treasure
15. Pay pirate 10,000 gold
16. Dig up treasure

Challenge Level 25

1. Send 2 workers to the farm and 2 workers to the forestry.
2. Demolish a cabin and build a bank
3. Demolish 2 cabins, away from bank
4. Build 2 cottages
5. Add gardens and upgrade cottages
6. Pay the pirate 5000 gold
7. Demolish last cabin.
8. Build a dovecote and buy 2 doves.
9. Build the beehive.
10. At 7000 gold, demolish the bank.
11. Build a dovecote and buy 2 doves.

Challenge Level 26

1. Cheer up the leprechaun,
2. Demolish the statue
3. Pick berries
4. Build the bridge
5. Hire 4 workers to 7
6. Send 4 workers to the gold mines
7. Open the treasure
8. Build a market and buy 250 food
9. Build a cabin and add garden
10. Pay the glutton 400 food
11. Build 4 cabins
12. Buy 100 food and dismiss mine workers
13. Add gardens for all cabins.

Challenge Level 27

1. Cut down trees in the left stand and open treasure behind it
2. Build 2 bridges for 50 wood each
3. Pick berries.
4. Dig up treasure and pay the pirate.
5. Hire 2 workers.
6. Feed the glutton 400 food,
7. Hire 2 workers
8. Repair the cottage and the forestry.
9. Send 2 workers to the forestry.
10. Pick berries.
11. Upgrade the cottage and add a garden
12. Build bridge for 100 wood to lots
13. Build 3 cottages (I found it much easier but still challenging to build 3 cabins)
14. Add gardens and upgrade to 3 cottages or cabins.
15. Build the bridge for 200 wood and buy 2 doves.

Challenge Level 28

1. Demolish 3 cottages
2. Demolish 2 sawmills
3. Repair the sawmill
4. Hire worker and build a cabin
5. Demolish 3 cottages
6. Repair market.
7. Demolish 3 markets..
8. Produce wood and food.
9. Build 3 cabins and a bank.
10. Build cabins in all empty lots.
11. Add garden to all cabins.
12. Demolish the sawmill when you have 50 wood
13. Demolish the market and the bank when you have 3500 gold.
14. Build 2 cabins and add gardens

Challenge Level 29

This is random; just dig as efficiently as you can.

Challenge Level 30

1. Remove obstructions.
2. Build the bridge to the bank.
3. Build well in between cabins
4. Demolish the bank.
5. Build well next to cottage.
6. Add gardens to 2 cabins
7. Cheer up the leprechaun.
8. Cut down trees
9. Open the treasure chest.
10. Build the bank
11. Build the well
12. Build the market and buy 50 food
13. Build a cottage
14. Build the sawmill and buy 100 wood, then buy food
15. Upgrade the cottages and add gardens
16. Demolish 2 cabins
17. Build 2 cottages, upgrade, and add gardens.
18. Upgrade all cottages and add gardens.
19. When you have 300 wood, demolish the sawmill.
20. Pay the pirate 3000 gold
21. Buy 300 food.
22. Build the well.
23. Upgrade the cottages and add gardens
24. Build the dovecote and buy 2 doves.
