This puzzle is just like a cryptogram. You have to figure out what the correct letter would be and then drag the corresponding symbol into the box.
I'll give you the first one in case you are still confused, if you look at GOL_, you can assume that does not spell GOLF we can deduce it most likely spells GOLD since we are dealing with treasures. The symbol over the blank spot is the MATCHSTICKS, so drag them into the box labeled "D" and it will distribute D's to all the blank spaces with the matchstick symbol over them.
